2013 Samsung Cadet Success Story - Innocent Motebe
I would like to thank Samsung for taking an initiative to implement the growth of young technicians in Africa as the standard of education in South Africa is low and most young people have the capability of enduring in new things like explorations and engagement relating to technology of today.I was unemployed and had already lost hope of the future upon applying at the Academy in the year 2012.I started to attend the Academy in the year 2013.

It has indeed been a life changing experience as we were exposed to lots of Samsung Electronical units, Diagnosing problems and finding solutions to electronic faults was what gave and taught me to have the desire for electronics. Considering my background and as it has been four years with matric yet without any proper job, any tertiary education and any good opportunities coming my way Samsung was indeed heaven sent to come through for me and to change the whole story of my life.
The subjects I did at school was Mathematics-Physical Science-Life Sciences-Life Orientation-Sotho-English-Geography, I must say I really enjoyed more at the Academy as I was taught by a well-seasoned lecture who took us through practical’s and theory making it easy for us to relate to electronic components. The Samsung Academy brought along with it serious practical duties which kept me yearning for more in terms of knowing electronic components, practical’s and helped me be more dedicated into electronics.

I am actually overwhelmed by what Samsung did for me by exposing and developing me to be what I am and who I am today. I am now currently working for Powercare Maintenance and Services which is a very well established Company as an HHP Technician and am really looking forward to achieving and taking Samsung Service to another level by remaining dedicated and devoted to what I do on Cell phone Devices.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude to You Samsung Electronics Engineering Academy.
Much appreciation and a very heartfelt gratitude to you Samsung, Thank You.
